CASA PERLA
Casa Perla offers two bedrooms, spacios yoga deck, a small porch, one bathroom with shower, and a bright open kitchen-living area. All windows are screened, and the house is filled with natural light, with hummingbirds and butterflies often right outside.
Built sustainably, Casa Perla features a rainwater-fed toilet, a bamboo porch, and walls with recycled glass bottles. One bedroom has a king-size bed, while the second bedroom includes a built-in loft with four single beds, designed for both comfort and privacy.

CASA INDIA
Casa India is a unique octagon-shaped building with three bedrooms, each with its own private bathroom and individual entrance. Two of the bedrooms include built-in lofts, creating extra space and privacy — a great semi-private option that still feels comfortable and welcoming. All showers have hot water, and a washing machine is available for use.
At the heart of Casa India is the large shared kitchen and living area, where meals are served and guests can gather. This space also hosts our horse library and DVD corner, making it a cozy hub for relaxation and connection.
Casa India sleeps 12 people at max.
POOL & RELAXATION
Unwind by our pool with sweeping mountain views — the perfect spot to cool off after a ride or watch the sunset. Surrounded by gardens, hammocks, and cozy sitting areas, it’s a favorite for both guests and kids. From the pool you can even see the horses grazing, adding to the unique charm of ranch life.
EQUESTRIAN FACILTY
At Finca Soley, the facilities are designed not only for the comfort of our horses but also to create an inspiring learning environment for riders, students, and visitors.
We have a 20 by 40 meter (65 by 120 foot) riding arena ideal for lessons, clinics, and demonstrations. Around it are several liberty paddocks (with and without roofs), a paradise paddock that encourages natural movement, and two expansive 5-hectare pastures where the horses can live and thrive in a herd.
The stables include 15 spacious cement stalls (4 by 4 meters each), all equipped with automatic waterers. Above the stables, there is a viewing deck with a seated area, offering a perfect space to observe lessons, study horse behavior, or simply enjoy the ranch atmosphere.
What makes Finca Soley truly special is how these facilities support both horse welfare and human learning. From hands-on horsemanship training to lectures and group workshops, the ranch provides an authentic and professional setting — making it an excellent environment for university groups, equestrian programs, and students of all levels to deepen their knowledge in classical and ethical horse training.
